It seems the websites are getting blocked by AVG Web Shield. Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, turn off your Protection and check if you could access all sites. So steam, skype, discord, anything that needs internet I suppose. After a scan all sites blocked except yshoo. I know it's Avast Web Shield's fault because when it turn it off, everything works. This problem I'm having now, seems to affect everything internet related. I know its Avast Web Shields fault because when it turn. For now Ill leave the website blocking disabled, Im good in that department (Avast Internet Security has a webshield and browser plugin and the Chrome blocks know malware hosting domains).
